Aunt Becka!

We had quit the adventure yesterday - well, Becka did. :-) We just got the privilege of spending 6 hours in Pittsburgh airport waiting for her! Her flight was supposed to be into Pittsburgh at 6:42PM. It takes 2 hours more or less driving to get there from here, so we left around 3:30. She called us around 5 & said she was in Columbia, South Carolina. She was supposed to be in Charlotte, NC! Well, I guess there was some air traffic control problems in Charlotte, so they diverted the plane to Columbia to refuel, to kill time or either because if they had to keep circling Charlotte - they would run out! But when she called she didn't say all that - she just said, they diverted to Columbia b/c they were running out of fuel! Anyway - we got to Pittsburgh & went to the US Airways ticket counter& Jonathan talked with them to find out what was up. He also was able to get her a seat on the 9:40 plane coming from Charlotte. Because of the delay in SC, she missed her other flight to PA! They told her there was no room on either flight coming, so she started praying really hard & I think the seat was just opened while we were standing there talking! God is so good! Anyway -- the 9:40 flight was supposed to get to PIT at 11:02, then 11:15, then 11:45 -- & it didn't get there until 12 midnight! We got home at 3AM!!!
