Just so you don't think we'll be starving the next two weeks while we 'eat from our pantry'...here's our menu:
We have tons of cereal stocked up - so that is breakfast every day!
Weds Jan 20 ~ Lunch: PB&J sandwiches
Supper: chicken noodle soup & wheat dinner rolls
Thurs Jan 21 ~ Lunch: homemade pizza
Supper: Beans, Mexican Rice topped with cheese and sour cream
Fri Jan 22 ~ Lunch: leftovers
Supper: Egg & potato tacos with cheese
Sat Jan 23 ~ Lunch: pancakes
Supper: hot dogs/hamburgers
Sun Jan 24 ~ Lunch: meatballs, rice, veggies & dinner rolls
Supper: egg salad sandwiches
Mon Jan 25 ~ Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Supper: chicken fajitas, homemade corn tortillas, Mexican rice
Tues Jan 26 ~ Lunch: PB&J sandwiches
Supper: chicken, mashed potatoes, veggies, & cheesy biscuits
Weds Jan 27 ~ Lunch: homemade soft pretzels
Supper: Homemade Macaroni & Cheese, tomato slices
Thurs Jan 28 ~ Lunch: egg salad sandwiches
Supper: bean & rice tacos
Fri Jan 29 ~ Lunch: pancakes
Supper: pizza
Sat Jan 30 ~ Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Supper: Jonathan's birthday ~ we'll probably go out
Sun Jan 31 ~ Lunch: Chicken Fajitas, rice, beans, corn tortillas
Supper: leftovers
While this might seem kind of boring, we are enjoying doing our part as a family to help us save some money to help Jonathan go to Haiti! We are so rich compared to those people there.

Sounds great! :0) I don't think I have that much even stocked up in my pantry though! LOL I probably have more than I realize though... Good idea, and I hope all goes well with the Haiti trip etc.
